Our sprawling 40 acre countryside estate was settled in 1790 by Englishman Sir Samuel Butcher and has been newly established in 2025 to host memorable events celebrating lasting love and partnerships.
 
Upon arrival, you’re greeted by our picturesque tree-lined driveway diligently flanked by 250 year old stone walls. Leading up to your big day, enjoy a cup of coffee on our wrap-around porch, watching the horses graze, deer pass through the yard, and the occasional resident flock of turkeys. At night, campfires are a must, with the mystique of hooting barred owls roosting in the old towering trees.
